How Do I Reserve a Property

After viewing if you're happy to proceed the relevant contracts and guarantor agreements will be given out. Please sign and return the tenancy agreement with the £60.00 per person included within 3 days. The guarantor agreement needs to be signed by your parents and/or next of kin and returned before keys can be released.

As you will be asked to sign the tenancy agreement within 3 days of reserving a property it is most important that you have checked all aspects of the tenancy agreement, with your accommodation office or your solicitor.

The Following Details Will Be Required:

Parents/guardians full names and home address telephone numbers & mobiles
Tenants full names and home address telephone numbers & mobiles
Tenants Date of birth, email addresses
