On signing your tenancy agreement you will be asked
to pay a fee of £60.00 per person and return your
signed guarantor agreements. The fee includes:
· Producing the tenancy agreement
· Producing the guarantor agreement
· The inventory
· Checking the property at the end of your tenancy
On 1st July you will pay
A cleaning charge of £100.00 per person. This
is for a professional clean at end of tenancy. Please
empty all bins and leave the house in a reasonable condition
(not a party clear up!)
A fully refundable fee of £25.00 per person is
payable for the house keys, this is refunded on return
of all keys issued.
The keys will not be released for the property unless
all tenants have paid the fees above, the first months
rent and returned the guarantor agreement signed.
There is nothing else to pay! No hidden charges - nothing!
