Contracts

We will send out guarantor and tenancy agreements. The guarantor agreement must be signed by parents or next of kin and returned to us before the tenancy commences. The tenancy agreement must be signed by all tenants with mobile numbers and email address ( it makes contact a lot easier). Return all the above with your £60.00 per person.

A copy of the tenancy agreement will be signed by us and a copy returned to you. The remaining fees to be paid on 1st July please could you give a separate cheque for the end of let cleaning fee. Any cheques returned unpaid will be charged £50.00.

Please make contact in June to arrange a moving in time that is suitable for all as keys will not be left for people.
